Development is a natural overland flow path for the greater catchment and any design must not obstruct or cause worsening
Where worsening may occur, detention would be a requirement.
No survey was undertaken for the development application

Earthworks were limited solely to the revised crossover to ensure the natural overland flow path remained unobstructed.
RDC Engineering advised early that detention would not be required if the external manhole depth exceeded 1.2 m
Future lots will discharge directly to Council’s stormwater network, with the existing flow path retained to ensure no worsening of upstream or downstream flows.
