RDC Engineering is a South East Queensland-based consultancy focused on delivering practical, council-compliant civil engineering solutions. We specialise in subdivision design, water and sewer infrastructure, stormwater management, and pavement engineering-helping clients get their projects approved and built without surprises.

Our approach is hands-on and personal. From concept to certification, you work directly with our Principal Engineer, Mitchell Rowley (RPEQ), ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout every stage of the project.

By combining deep local experience with modern design tools, RDC streamlines workflows and produces efficient, compliant outcomes. Our designs make sense on the ground as well as on paper-reducing rework, delays, and cost for our clients.

Principal Engineer (RPEQ)

Mitchell Rowley is the founder and driving force behind RDC Engineering. As a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), he brings extensive experience in subdivision, water, sewer, stormwater, and pavement projects across South East Queensland. His focus on practical, buildable design ensures each project runs smoothly from initial site visit through to final certification.

Doggineer

Every great engineering firm needs a mascot-ours is Ziggy. Known for his charm (and impeccable site photo “reviews”), Ziggy helped secure RDC’s first client at a community meeting. His role today? Office morale, snack quality control, and ensuring Mitch gets outside between reports.
